How to buy

Book your apartment and pay $1. 500.
We sign the Agreement.

Before and during construction, make payments according to the Payment Schedule

After finishing the building, we start the paperwork to divide the Condominium Parcels.
At the same time, we start renting out and paying the profit to the Buyer.

After completing the paperwork, the Buyer needs to come to Sri Lanka for at least 3 days (or issue a power of attorney) to sign the Deed of Transfer for the Condominium Parcel.
We will register the Deed of Transfer in the Land Registry.
The Buyer becomes the Owner.

Do I need to come to Sri Lanka?
Yes, but not now! After construction, when the documents for the Condominium Parcel are ready, you will need to come to Sri Lanka for at least 3 days to sign the Deed of Transfer and register it in the Land Registry
What will I receive when I book?
We sign the agreement. You pay $1,500 and then make payments to our company’s bank account according to the schedule
What currency can I pay?
We accept Sri Lankan rupees in our current account. It is also possible to pay in any currency, as well as in cryptocurrency.
This must be recorded in the agreement
What guarantees do I have?
We accept all payments to the official company account.
Hotel VODA and other properties are registered to the company
How can I monitor the construction?
We install CCTV cameras, and you can watch the construction process online
How will I make a profit from renting out my apartment?
We agree in advance on the method of paying the rental income.
